Therapeutic Massage
Finding a holistic path towards wellness is key, and that balance is possible for all individuals.
Liz’s massages are deeply relaxing, tapping into the parasympathetic nervous system to put the mind and body at ease. Untangling the mind involves a great deal of untangling the body, and vice versa; we cannot separate the mind from its body.
Massage therapy is a safe and effective tool to help calm the nervous system, often acting as a catalyst for healing and self-care. Massage therapy has been shown to provide benefits for those navigating depression, anxiety, and stress injuries, releasing endorphins and reducing cortisol, easing muscle tension and pain, and even aiding in immune function and blood pressure reduction.
Liz values confidentiality, inclusiveness, and safety and encompasses compassion. She has a long list of tools in her belt to help you feel your best which can include cupping and hot stones in every massage, if desired.
